Pour les mécanos :
Pas de pompe à eau ni de liquide de refroidissement,
pas de pompe à huile ni de circuit de lubrification,
pas même de pompe à essence puisque la gravité assure l'alimentation du carburateur.
La suspension à lames transversales, certes un peu sommaire, s'accommode assez bien des modestes performances du véhicule.
Le freinage est d'une efficacité surprenante malgré quatre tambours, car conçu en tenant compte de l'absence totale de frein moteur, du fait de la présence d'une roue libre destinée à éviter
les serrages de pistons sur ce moteur fonctionnant au mélange.
À cause des vibrations, le carnet de bord recommande de s'assurer au moins une fois par an que vis et boulons sont bien serrés
